Kathy brings more than 25 years of design and entrepreneurial experience to KBM Designs and My Favorite Room. Her unique style of mixing old and new regularly delights our clients and customers. Whether designing a home or merchandising a store vignette, her love of nature and objects that “tell a story” are the foundation of everything she creates.

Senior Designer

A teacher early in her career, Lindsey keeps our design and store teams educated on the latest home products and trends. Combining that with her 15 years of interior design experience ensures our clients receive the most up-to-date expert advice, from construction consultations to full-service home and commercial installations, and everything in-between.

Junior Designer & Digital Marketing Lead

Kathleen’s passion for home design and social media provides the perfect storm for regularly sharing My Favorite Room and KBM Design news and visual inspirations. Between Instagram posts, website updates and photo shoots, she applies her prior experience in residential renovation to help support multiple design projects.

Design Assistant & Marketing Specialist

It was love at first sight when Andrea walked into My Favorite Room several years ago. Today she uses her experience in communications, consulting, and interior design to grow awareness of our store and interior design company. When she is not writing or managing the company's website, she helps support the KBM design team’s on-site resource library as well as participate in client design installations.

Customer Liaison | Policies and Procedures

A former flight attendant, Janice brings impeccable customer service skills and attention to detail to My Favorite Room. She ensures that consistent procedures are written and followed so that every interaction with our company exudes customer service excellence. Additionally, she works closely with the company’s operations team to ensure new items are properly tagged, ensuring customers receive correct product specifications, measurements and pricing information.

Customer Liaison | Antiques & Home Furnishings

A long-time educator and consultant, Terri thrives on learning the needs of each customer that enters My Favorite Room, be it furnishings, accessories or unique tabletop items. She is also one of our primary custodians of antique descriptions and histories, always happy to chat and share information -- when she isn’t working with store clients to ensure they receive the personalized service My Favorite prides itself on.

Junior Marketing Specialist

Previously owning her own small business—fabricating and selling home and fashion accessories—as well as supporting a family roofing business with social media, make Camryn a valuable contributor to our team. In addition to being ever present with an iPhone so as not to miss a photo op, she helps create and coordinate our special marketing events and programs at the store. She also provides as-needed support to our design, operations and retail teams.
